Pasture-Raised Pork
The other white meat? Only if you’re eating pork from a pig raised in confinement, one that’s had all the flavor bred out of it.
At Stone Court Farm, our pigs run outside on pasture, root around in the dirt, and get to exhibit all their natural piggy tendencies. We raise heritage breeds known for their old-fashioned pork flavor, Berkshires and Gloucestershire Old Spots. Both breeds are good foragers, hardy on pasture.
Because we are committed to raising our pigs naturally on pasture, and we are a very small farm, we offer limited quantities of pork each fall. You can order a whole or half pig. See order form for details.
